- Complete your own personal retirement readiness assessments using the Retirement Success Profile™ and LifeOptions Profile™
- Read the supplemental books: The New Retirement and What Color Is Your Retirement?
- Listen to the Coach Certification Podcasts
- Review and complete the Powerful Questions and Client Exercises in the Coach Training Manual
- Administer the Retirement Success Profile™ and LifeOptions Profile™ to “test” clients and meet with them to discuss their assessment results
- Complete the Certification Exam

Interpretation Discussion for the LifeOptions Profile™
Following Session 10 certification participants take an online certification exam. To achieve the designation of Retirement Options Certified Coach, certification participants must complete all course requirements and achieve a passing mark of 75% or above on the certification exam.
